    • The reservation is confirmed with a Deposit of 30% of the Quotation and copies of ID Card and Driving License.
    • The Customer will be required to pay a penalty fine of an amount equal to 50% of the quotation if the withdrawal is communicated between the 50th day and the 30th day prior to the date scheduled for the pickup of the vehicle by the Customer;
    • The Customer will be required to pay a penalty fine of an amount equal to 80% of the quotation if the withdrawal is communicated between the 29th day and the 10th day prior to the date scheduled for the pickup of the vehicle by the Customer;
    • The Customer will be required to pay a penalty fine of an amount equal to 100% of the quotation if the withdrawal is communicated after the 10th day prior to the date scheduled for the pickup of the vehicle by the Customer;
    • In order to collect the vehicle, it is absolutely necessary that the Customer and the driver(s) present the originals of: ID Card and Driving License.
    • For customers coming from EEC countries, a valid B driving license is sufficient, while for customers coming from non-EEC countries, a valid driving license from the country of origin is required, supplemented by an international driving license.
    • Upon departure of the vehicle: Security Deposit equal to € 1500.00 to be deposited via instant bank transfer or pre-authorization on the Customer's credit card (NOT PREPAID) . The security deposit will be returned only after checking the rented vehicle upon return of the same
    • Departure and return are mostly between 17:00 and 19:00. For the Week-end Formula, departure is on Friday morning.
    • Any delay in delivery must be promptly communicated and the Customer will be charged: €52.00 to the customer for each half hour of delay and a triple rate penalty for each day of delay.
    • There is no departure or return on public holidays.
    • Upon return, the vehicle must be cleaned (€150.00 penalty) with the toilet and waste water tanks empty (€150.00 penalty).
    • The camper is delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same conditions (topping up cost: €5.00 per litre).
    • No refund is provided for early returns or contractual withdrawals.
    • The minimum age of the Customer must be 26 years of age and he must have held a driving license for at least 3 years.
    • E’ SEVERAMENTE VIETATO FUMARE ALL’INTERNO DEI VEICOLI (€ 150,00 di penale).
    • It is NOT possible to transport animals except small dogs subject to authorization from the Lessor.
    • All contractual clauses are reported in the contract.
